Shipping & Returns Policy

At SASK Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality hair products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our shipping and return policies before placing your order.

Shipping

  • Processing & Delivery Time: Orders typically take 14 – 21 business days to be delivered. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: SASK Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been shipped and confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if issues arise.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a return. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been worn, installed, altered, or tampered with cannot be returned.

  • Process: To request a return, please contact us at thesaskbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Zero Tolerance for card fraud
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.
